Projects

Camera Mount: Mount was designed to mount POV camera within the milling envelope of the machine to capture video and time-laps of milling projects.

Rifle Assessors: Small assessors to assist rifle shooters in increasing accuracy, speed and flexibility of their rifle systems.

Revolver Deconstructed: Modifying a late 60's early 70's Smith & Wesson 10-6 K frame .38 special to a competition revolver. The project consists of making a new barrel from a barrel blank, making a barrel shroud that will allow the attachment of optical sights as well as adjustable BoMar type iron sights. The barrel shroud will then be held on by a muzzle break/flash suppressor. Modifying the square-butt frame to a round-butt, designing a new cylinder latch release lever and a new paint job.

Rifle Zero: long term project to design and develop a lightweight gas operated auto-loading rifle.

At the right you can see the first version that would have incorporated a sheet metal upper and lower receivers skinned in a thermoformed sheathing.

The breech is locked using a original design created by my self. The gas system is adjustable to allow for the use of suppressors and is of the short stroke piston operated design.

All of the following content is of the previous design efforts.

The revised design is completed and ready for prototype build, pending budget and machine availability.
